Services

Taaravya Creatives & Cinematics provides social media content creation, aerial cinematography, FPV drone filming, photography, videography, content production, post-production, and related creative services.

Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of 50% advance payment.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before final project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Reels: 3–5 business days
• Event Highlights: 2–3 business days
• Resort and Commercial Videos: 3–5 business days

Timelines may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, weather conditions, revisions, and operational factors.

Revisions

Revisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Taaravya Cinematics reserves the right to charge additional fees for substantial changes beyond the originally agreed scope.

Drone Operations

Drone flights are subject to:

• Weather conditions
• Airspace restrictions
• Government regulations
• Venue permissions
• Safety assessments

Taaravya Cinematics reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or reschedule drone operations where safety or legal compliance may be compromised.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions, access approvals, and venue clearances where required.

Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of access, or client-side approvals may affect delivery schedules.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership and usage rights of the final delivered content are transferred to the client.

Taaravya Cinematics retains the right to display completed work, project excerpts, behind-the-scenes content, and related materials for portfolio, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw Footage

Raw footage remains the property of Taaravya Cinematics unless specifically included in a written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Taaravya Cinematics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or services.

Force Majeure

Taaravya Cinematics shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather events, natural disasters, governmental actions, venue restrictions, internet outages, or technical failures.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Confirmation

Projects are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

Client Cancellation

Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled project date:

• 100% refund of advance payment

Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before scheduled project date:

• 50% refund of advance payment

Cancellation less than 72 hours before scheduled project date:

• No refund

Cancellation on the day of the shoot:

• No refund

Rescheduling

Taaravya Cinematics will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Weather and Operational Restrictions

Drone operations and outdoor productions are subject to weather conditions, safety requirements, government regulations, venue permissions, and operational feasibility.

Where projects are postponed due to such circumstances, Taaravya Cinematics will offer rescheduling as the primary solution.

No refunds shall be issued for postponements arising from:

• Adverse weather
• Airspace restrictions
• Government regulations
• Venue restrictions
• Safety concerns

Service Commencement

Once production activities, planning, travel, filming, editing, or related project work have commenced, refunds may not be available.

Approved Deliverables

Refund requests will not be entertained after final deliverables have been approved and delivered to the client.
